If you are interested in monetizing your blogging, adding AdSense to your blog is very important. Where you place your AdSense does impact the number of clicks you get.
Many people place their AdSense on the right column or at the top. This may lead to ad blindness which occurs when you look at the same format over and over again. They know those listings are advertisements and unconsciously filter them out.
A good way to overcome ad blindness is to put AdSense in unexpected places. So you might want to experiment with placing your ads between posts. This placement is in the natural flow of text which may lead to a greater amount of clicks on your ads.
Have you wanted to insert your Google AdSense between your blog posts without complicated coding instructions? You are in luck. Apparently, there is enough of you out there wanting to insert AdSense, that Google has now developed a new AdSense widget. You can add your AdSense between your blog post just the same way you add AdSense to other areas of your blog.
Google has a new post titled "Get In line" at their AdSense blog at adsense.blogspot.com. They show how to add AdSense. It is really easy to do like everything else on Blogger.
This is what you need to do:
1. Log into your Blogger account. 2. Go to your blogs template tab and click on "page elements" link. 3. Go to "blog posts" and click on "edit" located on the lower right corner. 4. Under "select items" check the "show ads between posts" box. 5. Under "configure inline ads" you can select how often you want your AdSense to appear. For example, you can them appear after every post or after every other post. 6. Next, you can customize your AdSense such as choosing format and colors. 7. Most important, save your changes.
Since Google now owns Blogger, Google is becoming responsive to input from Blogger's users. Hopefully, we may see more changes and improvements to Blogger as feedback to Google continues.

You need to follow Google's term of service for AdSense placement. You can be banned if you break the rules. You are allowed to have only three ad units per page. However, Blogger makes easy to follow the rules by allowing a maximum of three ad units in the blog post. So, you will not exceed the maximum limit if you add AdSense between blog posts. You just cannot go on to add AdSense anywhere else on your blog.

Malaysia Islands
Turtle Island, SabahIdyllic and gold sand beaches, clear blue waters, palm trees gently swaying to the rhythm of crashing waves?Visitors have always been enchanted by the unspoilt beauty and tranquillity of Malaysia islands. Many of them are famous worldwide; more than one Malaysian island has been called a tropical paradise, and aptly so.
They offer a host of water activities for those who like to get physical. For example Pulau Tioman (Pahang), Pulau Redang (Terengganu) and Pulau Rawa (Johor) are popular spots for scuba diving and snorkelling. Pulau Perhentian (Terengganu), which consists of two islands,Pulau Perhentian Besar and Pulau Perhentian Kecil really have beautiful coral gardens within its waters.
Pulau Langkawi, which is famous for the Mahsuri legend, is also a duty-free shopping heaven. This paradise also offers several attractions besides its beaches. There Telaga Tujuh (Seven Wells), Tasik Dayang Bunting (Lake Of the Pregnant Maiden), wildlife sanctuary Pulau Singa Besar and Pulau Payar Marine Park, to name a few.
There something for everyone at these islands. If you have lots of energy to burn, you can enjoy water sports like sailing, windsurfing, deep-sea fishing, kayaking, snorkeling and scuba diving. And for those who are looking for a relaxing holiday, the beautiful beaches with their awe-inspiring golden sunset/sunrise will leave you with many memories to cherish.

A Basic Survival Kit

Pack these basic items: First Aid kit, whistle, compass, matches/lighter, mini torchlight/headlamp, pocket knife and light rain jacket/poncho in a dry sack/waterproof pack and keep the pack with you all the time, even on a short hike. (A 4-litre dry sack only costs about RM35). Most experienced trekkers swear by the handy parang (machete).
“Ideally, aside from the basic kit, you should carry a flysheet/poncho with tent/kernmental ropes (strong elastic rope made of sheathed nylon fibre), raffia string, extra food and water and enough dry, warm clothing to survive the elements,” says Azirin Aziz of Outward Bound Malaysia.
A tent in the form of a flysheet or poncho can double up as a raincoat and also as an emergency blanket to keep one safe from the risk of hypothermia. A tent rope may also be used as an ascending or descending line in the event of an emergency. Keep the candles and matches dry so you can start a fire, cook food, keep warm and send a smoke signal while you wait to be rescued, adds Azirin.

The Truth About A Home Based Business
Nowadays, a growing number of people are finding that they wish to get out of the rat race and leave behind the daily grind of a regular 9 to 5 job. So, many of them begin their own home based business.
However, a significant number jump into starting a home based business without doing sufficient research into what they really want to do and what it will take to make their home based business a success.
One vital point for people to understand is that even though they now have a home-based business, it is still a business and should be treated as such. Many are inclined to treat their home based business as a hobby and do not really give it the time, attention and energy it needs to grow and prosper.
All too often people fall into the trap of trying something for a short period and then jumping to something else. If you find something you like, stick to it.
A very common misconception that many people have on starting a home business, is that they will find they have a lot of free time. Often, the goals people aim for in their home-based business is that they are able to spend more time with their family and that there will be a better balance between work and life.
There can be a conflict in these goals especially when first beginning a home-based business. In the first few years, you may find that your home business is very time consuming, and you may find that you now have less free time than you did when you were working a regular 9 to 5 job. However, you cannot expect your business to grow and prosper if you do not spend a lot of time with it in the beginning.
You must realize that any home-based business you start is bound to have its ups and downs. You will realize that there are not loads of people beating your door down to acquire your products or services. In order to make your home business known to others, you are going to have to utilize some savvy marketing skills as well as effort.
If you look at the successful home business person, you will find that he or she has probably spent about 95% of the time in the promotion of their home-based business.
On the other hand, those who have been unsuccessful have probably spent less time promoting their business and more time doing busy work such as surfing the Internet, checking the stapler, checking e-mail several times a day, dusting the home office, going to the post office and many other little details. All of these are important, it is true, but this should not be the center of your focus in the beginning.
In conclusion, you know that you must treat your home-based business as a real business and not just as a hobby that you can devote attention to only when you feel like it. Developing a home-based business will take lots of time and energy in the beginning. In the end, it will all be worthwhile because you will pride yourself in having built a successful home business with incredible long term potential.

How To Create eBay Listings That Sell
If you want to sell anything successfully on eBay you need to know the ins and outs of writing a good listing that will get people buying from you. This is not that difficult once you know how. The same principles can also be applied to website sales copy, so we are killing two birds with one stone.
Firstly we want to establish our product as unique (or as unique as possible). Now could we do this with a DVD? Hardly. However with an African Mask for example though it would be relatively easy to stand out from the crowd.
Create a story to go along with your product. I find quite often when I'm buying from eBay, if it's from a personal seller and not from a store, and the item isn't new, I think "why are they selling it?" Make sure you answer that question.
Write a killer headline, five times as many people read the headline as the body copy. You have to grab their attention, avoid headlines which merely create curiosity, we want the visitor to read on. Don't talk about the features of your product in your headline, talk about it's benefits. You want to generate excitement in the reader. If you can, try and work out a way that your product could solve a problem that your reader might have. Remember, a good headline usually answers the question "what's in it for me?"
Describe your item in detail. Don't leave anything out. You should aim to answer every single question possible bidders may have about your product.
Create urgency in your listing. If people get the idea that they can come back and bid a few days later the chances are they won't come back, and you will lose them. Give them a reason to take immediate action, once they have made a bid they won't want to lose the item. If it's a one off, or hard to come by product make sure you emphasize that fact. Rarity and/or urgency can get people bidding like crazy.
Detail your terms and conditions. This is important, leave these out of your listings and you are asking for trouble. You'll get disputes, returns, and misunderstandings aplenty. Don't think that people will automatically read your payment and shipping details. However if you have put them in there, together with any special conditions if you have any, you will save yourself a lot of hassle.
Do include a strong guarantee. You can say something like "If you aren't satisfied with your purchase you can have a full, no questions asked, refund". This will not only reassure your visitors that your product is of good quality and worth bidding for, but will also set you apart from the majority of your competitors, who do not offer such a guarantee.
Ask for the sale. It's common sense, but you'd be surprised how many people completely miss this one. You need to ask people to take action. Tell them to place a bid today to avoid missing out, or something similar. It's a simple thing to do, but miss this one out and you are losing potential bidders.
Writing a killer eBay listing is not difficult in itself, it can actually be an enjoyable task, especially when you think of the rewards. Most people will just shove up a product, price it, and trust to luck. By following the steps above you will be able to distinguish yourself from other listings and really stand out. Try it today , and watch your profits soar.

Why You Might Be Confusing Your Customers?
According to Albert Einstein ‘everything should be made as simple as possible but not one bit simpler.'
If you think about the fact that each of your customers is being bombarded with 2 million bits of information per second you'll realize that they don't have time to work out what you are trying to say.
So the most important step in communication and marketing is figuring out what your key messages are.
Our capacity to deal with information depends on many factors and varies between people.
However, in the book Flow, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi estimated that the average human mind is able to handle about 126 bits of information every second.
He based this on an earlier research paper by psychologist George Miller called 'The Magical Number Seven'.
According to Miller, we can consciously handle between five and nine pieces of information at any one time (seven plus or minus two).
(The numbers are different because our minds work so fast that we can process several sets of 7 bits every second.)
The exact meaning of a ‘bit' varies depending on the circumstances but it could be something like numbers, colors or facts.
Clearly, it's much easier to remember a six digit telephone number than it is to remember a ten digit one, for example.
(In his paper, he also comments on the significance of the number seven throughout our society including the wonders of the world, ages of man, deadly sins, days of the week, colors of the rainbow and many more.)
As often happens with this type of scientific research, Miller's work has been widely misrepresented to prove a lot of different points.
Miller himself commented that there is nothing in his work that made it necessary for Moses to drop any of the 10 commandments!
However, it proves to be a relevant and valuable guideline in planning communication and marketing.
If you want to get a message across to someone, it's useful to consider that they will probably be unable to deal with more than seven bits of information.
Since they probably have in their mind a number of different things, your big challenge is to get them to pay attention to anything you want to say.
So you have to keep your message clear, simple and limited to a few key points.
If you want people to take action, it's probably best to focus them on one specific action which you want them to take rather than offer too many different options.
So, in any communication, it's important to be clear about what single action you want them to take or what one key point you want them to remember.
-If you are planning a presentation, can you limit it to around 5 - 7 key points?
-If you are sending out an email, what single action do you want people to take?
-Keeping your message simple will make it much more effective.
